Who is responsible

Tools for Crews is run by Marcos Ortega, an individual based in Spain (contact: [email protected]). Because the owner is established in the European Union, this site follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for every visitor, wherever you are. What we collect

• Contact form and email. Your name, email address and message, only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when you write to us (GDPR art. 6.1.a). We delete them 12 months after the conversation ends.
• Server and security logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect the site (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).
• Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

We never sell your personal information and never share it except with the providers named here.

Cookies

This site currently sets no cookies of its own or from third parties, so there is no consent banner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) or your local one.

US residents (including California): we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent, and we honor the same access and deletion requests described above.

International transfers

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16.
